Pre-Installed SP2

Can anyone tell me when Dell started sending out new machines that have SP2 for XP preinstalled?

A rough estimate would do.

A machine I bought in late 2002 had SP1 and one in late 2004 had SP2.

The XP reinstall disk is clearly marked as SP 1 or 2.
