I received my new dimension 4600: i'll find a problem with the preinstalled software Power DVD.

The software is setting for region 1, but Europe (Italy) is region 2: at this time I can  see DVD only with mediaplayer.

How I can change region code? I look in setting of Power DVD, the combo of region code setting is inactive.

Is possible to change code 1 in 2 with registry? If is ok, which is the Key and which is the right value for code 2?
