Anyone know if I can get the media for 32bit Windows 7 / Vista from dell ?

I ordered a new 1545 laptop for my dad, but now the only option is 64bit windows7. He has an old work utility which is a dos app - which will not run on 64bit windows, only 32bit (Microsoft windows limitation)

- I have one previous 1545 which includes the 32bit vista, but I have spoken to sales, customer services and anyone else I could find and can't get them to swap or include a 32bit version.

Can anyone help ?
