Windows XP is not booting on my Dell Dimension 9150. Boot process hangs as soon as 4 color flags shows up with nothing moving in the little box on the screen where usually three dots are moving till XP is up and running. No way to restart the machine in safe mode. I suspect some files got corrupted by a virus. Cannot restart using the Dell CD with red label. This PC does not have a floppy drive. How could I burn a CD on another PC with all necessary data to rewrite the files which may have been corrupted ?
