PcketCloud Pro: Error: VNC: authentication failed

I get the subject error when I try and connect from my iPad 2 ios 4.3 to my Vista Home Premium 32 Bit tower (with the pocketcloud build v2.1.14). When I hit test on the software, RDP port 3389 failed. Seems like a password issue, but it's not? 

App works great with macbook, awesome stuff! Also, want to try and connect to an XP pro tower, haen't tinkered with it yet though, if you could maybe look into that.
