I have seen that there is a list of Dell machines which have tested compatible with Windows 11 22H2 here:

Would it be possible to update the Dell operating system Recovery Tool and add the option to also download Windows 11 22H2 system image as you've stated it is compatible?? Currently the recovery tool only allows for the download of a Windows 10 image.
