Hello,

Does anyone know if there's any screw replacements for the bottom base, the fan area, and the battery area? An on-site Dell Technician who changed out my battery stripped about 5 screws in total and the only thing Dell support has to say about this is "We're very sorry and will make sure it doesn't happen again." Like what? You guys aren't going to give me any other replacements for the damages caused? Not only that, the technician also pried open my XPS 17 like there was no tomorrow. Anyone who owns this laptop knows how tough it is to open because it's latched tightly by multiple plastic clips, which all 3-4 of them broke off because again, the technician pried and bent it like crazy to disassemble my laptop.
