If I were to purchase the WD19TB dock for my XPS17 9700 is the dock capable of turning on and turning off the computer without raising the lid at all?  I want to connect it to desk monitors so I won't need to look at computer monitor and I will use Bluetooth mouse and keyboard so everything needs to start up and connect with xps17 lid closed.
