My XPS 13 9310 started to lose Bluetooth functionality once in a few days. I often use my Bluetooth headset and suddenly it stops working. All sound playing apps are hanging until I turn it off. When I turn it on, it never connects back until the laptop reboots. The issue started appearing since I've upgraded to Windows 11. The laptop is marked as Windows 11 ready. The driver ID is USB\VID_0CF3&PID_6390, the currently installed driver version is 1.0.0.1606.

How to fix this issue?
