XPS 15-9575, multiple issues, very disappointing
I totally understand your frustration. I've had the same laptop for under a year and it's been nothing but problems. First the 4k screen had to be replaced due to dead pixels. I had to pay for someone to come out seeing how this is my business laptop and I can't send it in for weeks. Then I realized the laptop shipped with a battery that was 1/3 drained. I contacted support and they convinced me to send it in because I was having other issues too and they could do a thorough check of everything. I was experiencing the track pad freezing issue and bluetooth disappearing issue that you see other people posting about. Well, I got it back the other day. They replaced the motherboard and reinstalled Windows. Right away I noticed they never replaced the battery and one of the fans was broken. Not to mention none of the Dell apps were installed and some of them you need to be able to interact with hardware on the device. I messaged Support again and got the run around. Tried to get me to send it back in. Obviously that's not happening again after what just happened. I had to call and complain just so they can send someone to me again and not have to pay for it myself this time. Confidence is low at this point that everything will be adequately resolved. Very disappointing for a $3000 laptop!
