About me
<p>With a background in computer diagnostics/repair and network implementation, Mike joined Dell's Technical support team in 2004. From there he went on to Technical escalations, Executive Escalations, served as a technical trainer for new hires on Dell systems, and was part of the original Online Outreach Team, or Dell Customer Advocates, charged with searching out and resolving Dell customer issues online in both technical forums and personal blog sites. </p> <p>Mike is currently part of the Dell Channel program where he helps Dell Partners connect with the Dell Channel Community, as well as posts for the Dell Channel Blog found on Direct2dell.com. </p>
