Identifying Service Tag remotely on PV130T

Hi all,

I have some hardware problems with a tape library PV 130T that is located in UK. As I am based in Spain, I would like to know if there is any utility or tool that I can run from the server where the tape library is attached, that can help me identifiying the Service Tag of the Power Vault unit.
