After a Windows 11 reset, the "PCI data acquisition signal controller driver" was missing. The Area-51 R4 chipset did not fix the problem.

The missing driver was thermal device 8086:a2b1 and googling for it showed downloads for all the major OEM's except Dell. I downloaded the MSI driver chipset x299 dated 2018. I did not run the install for that chipset, just let the Windows 11 Device Manager browse the folder the files were in and manually updated that device.
