Aurora R11, hangs boot screen, how to decrease splash screen time?

My Aurora R11 recently started booting to the splash screen. It also appears that my M.2 drive is dead but I'm not sure yet. When I go to boot to USB to repair Windows it takes several minutes before I get the boot loader. If I try to boot to disk it also hangs on the Alienware text and logo until it does a disk check (where it can't find my boot disk). For some reason F12 or Esc won't work to boot into bios. The only way to get into bios is to wait until the splash screen goes away. This is incredibly frustrating and makes troubleshooting a very long process. I cannot find any settings in bios to change this setting.

How can I decrease this boot screen time?

Unfortunately it is not helping. I've been releasing them every time I open up the PC and have also tried resetting CMOS via battery and jumper to no avail.

remove all connected external and internal usb devices as well internal external storage devices, you might find POST (splash logo screen time) suddenly speeds up.  If so, add back the device one at a time.  If you find adding one particular device suddenly makes post crawl, bingo.
