I have been able to log into my pc normally but I go to factory reset and now I need a system password but I forgot it. Is there anything I can do?

Bios password is a problem.  You wont access any data on an encrypted hard drive.  Windows password can be re done by reinstalling from scratch usually on a new drive then you copy your data files from the old drive.
