Every time I shut down and restart my six year old Alienware 15 R1, all of the USB ports stop functioning upon restart. To get them going again, I have to go into Device Manager, uninstall all of the USB port drivers, then restart the computer again to reinstall new drivers.

Does anyone know what my issue is or how to solve this nuisance?
