My Area 51m R1. i7 9700 RTX 2080. could not use two power adapter together. after 5 minutes playing games, the screen goes off. but keyboard and machine still on and nothing i can do accept force shut down. But if im using 1 adapter on 1st port, its normal (its charging and works well), but if i plug it in to the 2nd port, its showing charging but its not, and the laptop keep shutting down randomly. 

Do i need to reinstall the windows 10? or need to replace the port? all the software were always updated. 

is anyone has the same problem with me? please advice me what to do.
