Hi, I am having trouble using my alienware headphones to its full abilities. Plugged in I can still hear noise with whatever is playing, but to my computer it is still "Realtek audio." I can't use the alienware headphone's microphone and when I downloaded the Alienware command center it doesnt show up. Is my laptop just too old or what? 

(Had the same problem with turtlebeach headphones but I ended up returning it)
