Hello Everyone,

I have an old Alienware M15x that came with a GTX 260M. I would like to upgrade it with a Quadro K5100M (basically the Quadro equivalent of a GTX 780M) that was pulled from a ZBook 17 G1. After installing it PC boots up up until the Windows 10 loading screen then turns white for a few seconds and then black with a beep sound. The MXM card obviously has an HP VBIOS. Any way I can make this work with the Alienware ? I've tried with the stock 150W power brick and I'm aware I'll need the 240W PSU to fully power the more power hungry GPU. If this GPU upgrade can work I will definitely order the upgraded AC adapter. If @mattyb3 or anyone can help me with this that'll be very much appreciated.
