Trying to charge my laptop through USB-C. I have a 65W Anker power brick and am plugging into the Thunderbolt 4 port. My laptop says "slow charger", and a 3rd party program (HWiNFO 64) says I have a 0 watt charge rate. Customer service said it wouldn't work because my laptop "needs 240W of power to charge" despite HWiNFO saying I'm charging at 45W with the included 240W brick and 30% battery level. I've given up on customer service and am hoping someone who actually knows the product can give me a straight answer, even if it is that Dell disabled USB-C charging. Thanks in advance.
