M17 R4 Keyboad issues

I've been buying Dells for ~20 years. This is my second Alienware, but I've also purchased 2 XPS's and 5-6 Inspiron's for family members. My mind is absolutely blown at the issues I'm having with this machine; it may be the last Dell I purchase.

The most pressing issue is that my r and g keys don't work 2/3rds of the times. No, I didn't drop it or spill anything, they just stopped working. I use this pc for work. I use it for gaming. I use it daily - that's why I forked out for an rtx 3080 on a top-tier laptop. It's exceptionally disappointing to have the most basic parts give out before the 2 year mark. What's the fastest way to fix this - I don't want to be without it for long if humanly possible.
