Hi,

I try to activate the Avamar Agent 7.4 on a server Windows 2008 R2 Std

The process to activate is failed, with the error

" Registration error: MCS returned error code 1, '* 1 * Client registration failed because a Client host name longer than 63 characters."

When I'm looking the log file, I have lot of information in "avagent Info <6601>: Hostnamelist:"

I have the name of the server, the IP adress of the server and a sort of ID._msdcs.domain like IPaddress,servername,ID._msdcs.domain

Do you know where the agent take these informations and if it is possible to take a part of these informations.
