The above output was from a Gen4s system, so the command should work correctly.

Do the other two commands work:

ipmitool sdr entity 10

ipmitool sdr entity 10 -v

Either way I would open up a support ticket so that this can be investigated further, I would include the outputs from the the three commands given above in the support ticket.
