If you are an EM Partner you can get it from service partner web access. If you are a customer you may request the same from local EMC team.

THANK YOU very much! Is there a Call-home Template support matrix for the different versions of FLARE the template supports?

We are a partner, logged in as partner, cannot for the life of me locate where the download link is located!

I believe not. However, newever version of template includes newer error codes found, changes in severity etc. There is not Support Matrix for the same. Template is something even a user can create it and define for what error code he wishes to get notified. EMC Template is a pre-defined template where notifications will be sent out to user for pre-defined error codes/severities.

Does anyone have an idea where to download the templates on the 'New' (support.emc.com) EMC support site?  When I click on EMC Service Web Partner, it brings me here: https://servicepartners.emc.com/restricted/frame.asp. I have searched around, but as of yet, I have not been able to locate!
