Problem resizing LUN

Hi,

When I try resize a LUN the follow message appears:

"You cannot change LU capacity at this time.
Selected LU is being used by a feature of the Storage system.
The LUNs you have chosen will be reserved for a future growth of this LU."

I have seen what feature is used by this LUN and the result is:

/opt/Navisphere/bin/navicli -h emc_ip getlun -messner 0 -stack
Listed Driver: K10SnapCopyAdmin

But when I try to stop this process (snapcopy) give me this error:

/opt/Navisphere/bin/navicli -h emc_ip setfeature -off -feature sancopy -lun 0
Error: setfeature command failed
This version of Core Software does not support SAN Copy

Can anyone help?
