If that does not work for you, you will need to contact Support directly and an engineer can work with you.
If you are not under warranty then you can ask about a Post Standard Support contract to work the issue.

There was an old post about resetting Compellent storage admin password, you can refer to the topic here: https://dell.to/3Kgk6T0
If this doesn't work, it is suggested to contact co-pilot support to their guidance to help reset the password.
