Hello, Trying to configure our Compellent to send alerts for volume usage. I have thresholds set with the proper percentages and I have the user preferences setting for "threshold alerts" checked. Email is configured and sends fine. I get nightly reports and some email exception alerts so I know that part works. If I fill a volume beyond the threshold, I don't get an alert for it and it does not even show up in the alerts tab even though it is definitely over the threshold.

Does this live monitor the volume or does it check once a day like a job and then report it? Not finding much info on how this actually works in the documentation and admin guides. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
