No order confirmation, #8

I ordered Dell Inspiron 5490 but haven't received any order confirmation from Dell. No orders update or mail no customer care response. My bank account got debited with 68k already. Tried reaching Dell customer care but no reply at all not picking up the call. It is not the way to treat customers. Customers money should be valued. 54+ min waiting on call still not picking call. As Dell is known for service I selected Dell over other brands. Please reach me asap. I am attaching screenshot for waiting time.
