Hi, I placed an order on May 15th, but the request is still in received state. I have requested for cancellation through a call with customer care team on May 20, but they said there was an IT issue and it will be cancelled soon. 

The order is not cancelled yet, have been following up with team 3 times till now, but its not cancelled yet. 

Can you please cancel and schedule a immediate refund.
