It's been five days since I ordered a New Inspiron 14 5490 and I have received no order number or confirmation email. Apparently the sales team was supposed to contact me regarding the order (I'm from India) but there has been no communication whatsoever. If my order has been cancelled for some reason, it'd be really helpful if I'm informed about it. Honestly, the service is turning out to be really disappointing. I hope to get an update ASAP.
