Possible compensation for problem Dell caused
I had recently bought an XPS 15 from Dell. Within a week, a key came off and I called in a technician to fix it using the three year warranty I paid for. When the technician was done, they had left the computer even worse than when I gave it to them. The wifi antenna, touchpad, alignment, and power button were all broken by the technician. I had to send it into the repair depot, where they said that the parts weren't available until early November.
I cannot believe that I have to suffer for a mistake that Dell caused. As a college student, this is incredibly detrimental to my online education since I do not have an efficient computer anymore that can help me. I want to know if there is SOMETHING Dell can give me to compensate for the pain they have caused me.
