What is the upgrade path on this from OME 1.1.1 . Is it just a direct upgrade or does this have to be a clean install?

Hi there.
You can upgrade from 1.1.1. Just install it on top of your existing OME and it will upgrade. Backing up your existing database is always a good idea.
