front i/o cable not connected.
Hi.....
I have had and am still having problem with an XPS 730.Today a tech came out and replaced the motherboard and memory which did not fix the problem but he also caused another ... now on reboot iit say "Alert: front i/o panel cable is not connected".From what i can see the cable is connected ... any help fixing this would be appreciated.
the problem is stuttering in 3D games every time I turn around seems like a PCI issue because it does it in all games with stable drivers ... I only running one 8800gt card. ANY ideas?

Sounds like the "new" (could be refurbished) motherboard is causing the problem. I'd be calling Dell with the new problem.
