Does EQL supports ODX?

Yes, the EQL support Windows ODX. Be sure that you use FW 7.0.7 or up because the was an important Fix for Windows ODX/VMware VAAI.

Take a look into TR1096 "Using Dell EqualLogic Storage with Microsoft Windows Server 2012".

Do I have to disable it until I can upgrade? The article states it is enabled by default.
