Image assist kept getting stuck after the Prepare Capture step and wouldn't reboot to start the image capture.

After a few hours of troubleshooting I finally found that the security update below is what was causing it to hang here. I left it for well over an hour on the above screen in hopes that it would continue, normally it takes one or two minutes to reboot. After uninstalling this security update I was able to successfully capture an image. This is part of the November 2023 updates.

I'm not sure if anyone else has run into this issue but I figured I would create a post in case anyone else has the same issue.
