I have dell g3 3579 laptop, recently little water got into the keyboard and after that I updated the BIOS. 

Then the problem started, screen was turning on automatically  when I opened  the laptop lid with no dell logo in boot screen and directly to the lock screen. From that day battery drain too fast (like if it is full today, completely get drained 0 next morning). 

I did windows reset, BIOS reset to defaults and also to factory settings but problem wasn't solved. I can't decide whether it's a software issue with BIOS update or hardware problem with water spill. Anyone please help me with the solution.
