It's not uncommon for systems to ship with a different palmrest assembly depending on the OEM battery.  There is a 68 WHr battery for this model system -- but it may require a replacement palmrest to use it (and note that changing the palmrest basically means a complete system teardown to install).

@ejn63​ hi, is there a way to check if the palm rest on my machine would be compatible with the higher capacity battery described above? I had a Dell technician fix some issues with my machine a while back, and I believe a new palm rest/ touch pad was installed. Might this make my machine compatible with the battery? Thanks

Try checking with parts-people.com.  They have access to look up specifications by service tag.

You'd need to find out what part was used in the repair if it was different from the as-shipped unit.

I have also been trying to find which battery would fit my 7506 2 in 1 (thank you to @ejn63 ), and I have realised that the Silver (that you have) and Black (that I have) are actually more than just different colourways, rather that they actually have some spec and physical differences.

The Silver model features the 53Wh battery, and the Black with the 68Wh battery. And as such you would need the 53Wh version to fit your silver model.

It is a slight error on Dell's part to list both batteries as compatible with your machine (it also lists both for my Black version) as they actually should be treated as separate laptops.

To check your laptop's battery health on Windows, you can use the Command Prompt. Open it as an administrator, type powercfg /batteryreport, and press Enter. This will generate an HTML report with detailed battery information, including design capacity and current capacity, allowing you to assess its health.
