Hello community,

So this has already happened like 3 times, randomly ; both when trying to power on from a shutdown state, or when the laptop is "supposedly" went to sleep, but doesn't wake up. it doesn't power on neither by opening the lid, not by pressing the power button, the side LED that turns on when plugged stays off. Tried pressing power button for 30 seconds but nothing happens. The only way I was able to fix it is by unscrewing the back cover, and unplugged / replugged the battery connector. After that it works again just fine! the battery health is excellent though, it still lasts up to 3 - 4 hours on a single charge. I have the last BIOS flashed since like 2 months (version 1.22.1) and it's been working fine. The issue started happening like a week ago. Anyone experienced this issue and fixed it? Any hints and tips would be most welcome!
