Multiple Odd Issues With 7786 2-in-1
Greetings,
I have an Inspiron 17.3inch 7786 2-in-1 laptop and it's developed a couple of strange problems that I need some help with.
As a note, these problems seemed to develop when I tried to update to the latest drivers on the Dell website.
1) The touchscreen no longer works. using a mouse works fine, but there is no touch sensitivity whatsoever.
2) the wireless card no longer works. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the device in device manager, to no avail. I've tried redoing the drivers too.
Any help at all would be appreciated!
