Is a full resync needed if the target IP's are changed?
I have a source 6.5.5.24 replicating to a target 7.1. Doing a data center move that will require IP's on the target to change. Will this require a full resync?

NO full sync is required you can change target patch using command below
isi sync policy modify --target_cluster=

Are you saying
Full sync is required
or
Full sync is NOT required.
