Just got an m4800 with a core i7-4810MQ, FirePro m5100 and 8GB RAM off eBay. It’s super slow. Ran a NovaBench test and it scored 387. 

Running at .35GHz!

ram is 2574 MB/s

GPU Scored 131 running Direct3D11 at 7 FPS.

 

any idea what’s wrong? It appears to be a fresh install of Windows 10.
