We couldn;t find any drives
DELL Laptop Latitude E5450 8gb RAM Intel i7
When attempting install of Windows 10 I get the message "we couldn't find any drives"
I have set the BIOS as per DELL technician video instructions
Diagnostics runs - everything OK but no hard drive installed
I have tried two different hard drives
Any suggestions folks ????

Welcome to the Dell Community @Julian98
Go into your BIOS.
Under "System Configuration".
In "SATA Operation" set it to AHCI.
Then try and install.
Best regards,

Thank you for the fast reply. I have tried this without success - just tried again - set BIOS to defaults then changed the SATA to AHCI (from RAID) - regret same result
