attaching Linux to a domain

How do I go about doing this? It has both myself and my boss stumped. We are using Red Hat (enterprise) on a Dell Optiplex GX110. It is probably something right in front of me, but I am just not familiar enough with Linux to know what to do.

    What kind of domain?
    Are you referring to an Active Directory domain?

    You need "samba". do a search in adept for the program. Do a google for samba. Check my webpage for other information (Note I use kubuntu so some commands are different in ubuntu)

    Suse Linux is quite good at this. From the installation you can set the domain, and it will properly integrate your computer in the domain and authenticate you when you log on. I don't know about Red Hat though...
