Dell OpenManage 7.1 Ubuntu Repository

Hi I'm trying to setup the Dell OpenManage 7.1 Ubuntu Repository on a Ubuntu 12.02 server.

I'm following the instructions at http://linux.dell.com/repo/community/deb/latest/

but I can't get the following error after the command  gpg --keyserver pool.sks-keyservers.net --recv-key 1285491434D8786F

gpg: requesting key 34D8786F from hkp server pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: keyserver timed out
gpg: keyserver receive failed: keyserver error

My internet connection is working find. Is there something wrong with the command or the Keyserver pool?
