Hi there, I bought a new Alienware m15x recently off-the-shelf from Challenger in Singapore.

It's specs are as followed:

Intel Core i7 CPU Q 740 @ 1.73GHz (8 CPUs), ~1.7GHz
BIOS Ver A08 1.00
8GB RAM
ATI Mobility Radeon 5850 HD GDDR5 4GB Approx. Total Memory

And when there's a charger connected to it, everything is smooth and almost any game runs on max settings, however, when I plug out the charger and leave it to run on its battery, EVERYTHING slows down, and there's a massive drop in performance, to the point where even simple internet browsing takes alot of time. I'd like to ask if anyone else has this problem, as well as if anyone knows how to get around this problem? It's really annoying at times since it's supposed to be an ALIENWARE, one of the worlds if not the worlds most powerful gaming devices around. I read somewhere that Stealth Mode would be permanently turned on if there wasn't a charger intact and that I've to overclock it or something? I've no idea. I'd like some help please. :(
