Iam having trouble opening my files everytime I click on a file in my documents. When I click on a File a window opens and says: Select witch program you want to open this file with? Also if I download a program from C-Net or ZD-Net it does the same thing, And I can`t get the file to open and I end up deleting it. 

And I don`t know witch file to use. Please Help!
