"My Dell" driver updates

I'm trying to update chipset driver and the Intel engine management driver using "My Dell". But if I click the "Download" button it opens up the "Other Formats available" collapsible triangle. Are you supposed to download both the files separately and install (they're not the same thing?!), or which ones would I choose?Don't want to make any big mistakes. Thanks!!
