We recently upgraded our graphics card and it knocked out the sound.  It tells me that it cannot find the driver.  I found my service tag # and I came to the Dell website and tried to reinstall the driver, but it did nothing.  Any other ideas?  By the way, we have a Dimension 4550 and we upgraded to a Nvidia GeForce 6200 OC AGP, if it helps.
