I inherited an Optiplex 780 and replaced the power supply with a heftier power supply and purchased installed 8GB of memory with Corsair TW3X4G1333C9A. This memory is the same type as described in all it's documentation. When I plug the computer in, it turns on immediately and starts Beeping with the front lights stuck at 1 & 3. Any suggestions ?
