hi, i have a dimension 8300 and i recently had a few viruses. i had a copmuter specialist come and fix my computer but i am still having problems with my printer ever since i had the viruses. the specialist didnt know how to fix the printer problem and said i should come here. anyways my printer, a Dell AIO a940 only prints one page, if i have more than one page that needs to be printed. also it stops at 99% and the printing box never goes away. i re-installed the printer using the cd it came with but that didnt help. any suggestions?
